The Note 4, without a doubt, one of the most anticipated Android handsets this year but, till now, we haven’t heard anything about its hardware so far. Fortunately, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 spec sheet has appeard on the AnTuTu benchmark database. And, as a bonus to rear up more confusion, two version of this device have suddenly popped out of the blue, one with a Snapdragon processor and the other one using Samsung’s own Exynos SoC.

There are two Samsung Galaxy Note 4 spec sheet on AnTuTu at the moment that have the model numbers SM-N910C and SM-N910S, the latter being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon and the first one by the Exynos 5433. According to the benchmark, the Exynos chip will be arriving with the next generation ARM Cortex-A53 and A53 big.LITTLE configuration and ARM’s top of the line Mali-T760 graphics unit. AnTuTu also confirms the QHD (2560×1440) display that we so heard of.

Concerning the other side of the Samsung Note 4 spec sheet, the device will come with 3GB of RAM, just like the Note 3, combined with 32GB of internal storage, a 16 megapixel rear camera, a 3.6 megapixel front camera and Android 4.4.3. It seems like the Galaxy Note 4 is a solid upgrade to its predecessor and will pack cutting edge hardware.

Of course we have to remember that this isn’t the official Samsung Galaxy Note 4 spec sheet so thing might change when the phone will be officially revealed.
